Lagi lama diperap lagi sedap.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Celup ayam di dalam kuah percik dan panggang sehingga masak. Celupkan dengan kuah lagi sekali sebelum dihidang.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color:#ff0000\">Cara- cara untuk kuah:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Kisar serai, halia, cili kering dan bawang merah. Campurkan bersama santan di dalam periuk dan masak di atas api yang sederhana. Teruskan mengacau supaya kuah tidak cepat berketul dan pecah minyak.
