Delivery Information
1) Please take note that our product is considered perishable and fragile for long distance transportation. However, we've manage to find the solution to deliver them to you with extra care.
2) At the moment, our delivery service only covers Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor and Pulau Pinang only. We will let you know when we're ready with delivery service coverage to other area.
3) To calculate your exact shipping costs, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You can review shipping cost before paying.
4) Duration Time: The duration for delivery time is subject to stock availibility and payment confirmation status. For pre-order products, approximately 1 month time is needed to sow the seed and maintain it until it achieve our standard prior to transplanting procedure.
5) We usually ship within a few business days, unless the item is marked otherwise. Check the item listing for the current status. Your package should arrive in about a week after it ships. It may take longer due to holidays, severe weather, special promotions, or other reasons beyond our control. We don't guarantee delivery dates, but once your package ships you can track it to see when it will arrive.
6) FREE delivery is offered from time to time on selected products on promotions, within the specific area stated in the promotion. See product listings. May change without notice. Not valid to other than Klang Valley area . Not valid with other discounts or coupons.
7) You do have option to pick the products at our Cilibangi House in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Please choose Pickup at Store in shipping option checkbox. We will contact you to inform the product availability date for pick up.
